We slow-simmer birria until the beef pulls itself apart, fold tortas thick enough to need two hands, and bake bread the same way it's baked in Puebla - by people who learned from people who learned from their mothers.

This is the second time we have ordered and I have to say the Tacos are the best in town. You get plenty of meat and the favor is like being back in California. Would give 10 stars if available. Thanks keep doing what you're doing to the food.
I just moved to maryland a month ago, and I've already ordered from here almost over 10 times. It gets better and better every time I have it. The 4 Tacos De Queso Birria are nice and crispy and filled with meat and has a nice cheese pull. My favorite Birria spot.
I love the torta Pollo Asado / Grilled Chicken. Lived in Texas for a few years and haven't had such good and authentic food in years. I live in Harford county and would be willing to drive here for the food. Cannot speak higher of the food if I tried.
